Meet my newest OC, Starlight! She's a wolf who can transform into a human so basically a werewolf but unlike most werewolves she can control the transformation to happen when she wants instead of on a full moon. She's best friends with Moonshadow. (◕‿◕✿) If this project gets to 20 views I'll draw her human form!
