This is a little confusing for all the buttons so I reccomend going inside and doing that you can then move the first penguin if you go inside. If you want to try it from here click the right button to make the first penguin move then click the p and n button after the dialouge shows up click the f when it says Oh Uh click the left button for a costume change so the penguins are confused.
