This is one of @-MysticalDreams- 's pigeons! The way I did it awfully is by getting the pic of it, then outlining it. Then under the outline layer and on top of the real pic I repeatedly eyedropped the colors and made a blob there. Once I finished that, I blended them together ♡♡
