A: Commenting what you like about a project and what they could do to make it better might make them check out your profile. Being a good Scratcher can get you some notices. If they have more followers than you, and they like or/and fav your project, their followers will get notified and maybe they'll check it out too. That's one of the best ways to get someone to look at your project. But someone could find simply searching and clicking you project. @AlphabearBeta - If you don't get mad at a sign on the road advertising their company, or an ad on your phone showing you their new app, why do you get mad at people advertising their project? A: (Its paid promotion on a street) The reason I get mad when someone advertising on a project from a road. Take a random person. Say this person works hard on a project. It takes them a month. They finally share it. They are proud of themselves. People say nice things. But then someone else advertises there own project. This is the reason sorry for not commenting on one project. That person worked hard on their project, and that person just advertises, on the project they worked so hard on.
