Here's some background info on the character (you can always change it!): name: Maribella "Mari" Sanchez age: 16 gender: female sexuality: lesbian backstory: she was raised by her aunt and uncle after her parents mysteriously disappeared when Mari was two. But soon she started showing signs of a hidden ability.. to control people's minds. Her aunt and uncle were terrified of her power, and abandoned her to an orphanage. However, she was then adopted by a wealthy man who was trying to study the supernatural, and he taught Mari not to fear her power, but to harness it.
