As surprising as it seems, it is actually impossible for the events of Zero Escape: Oxiclean Dilemma to occur inside of our own universe. How, you may ask? Well, I ask you how the characters don't seems to recognize famous figures such as Anthony Sullivan and Gordon Ramsey. Every civilised person knows their names, so I'd be surprised if 1, let alone 9 people, happened to not know who each person is. Also, in this universe, Gordon Ramsey is not a dead, screaming, lamb-sauce obsessed chef. He is a living, screaming, lamb-sauce obsessed chef. Now, then, what universe DOES the Oxiclean Dilemma take place in? Well, the answer is simple. Using various clues, we can come to the conclusion that it happens completely within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. How? Well, because of Roxie's statement in Part 2 of the Oxiclean Dilemma, Ant-Man is indeed 'a thing' prior to Oliver's new, and quite obviously improved, Ant-Man. Though at first glance this may just be assumed to be in reference to the comic books and movies the original stars in, it isn't specified what exactly the 'thing' that Ant-Man is, well, is. This means that it is very possible for him to in fact be an actual superhero. Also, when Oliver talks about himself getting powers from the Big Red Button, the rest of the team does not criticise him for being unrealistic and say that 'superpowers are not a thing', but instead criticise him because 'pushing large red buttons is not a good idea', meaning that superpowers may or may not be a real thing in this universe. The one way that we will know whether this is in the MCU, however, is Stan Lee. If he appears (making a 'cameo') and he is either only recognised as 'that librarian', 'oh, a janitor' or 'i met that guy on a bus' (or not recognised at all), we will know that this is, for sure, in the MCU. Why, though? Well, I have reason to believe that this is Anthony Sullivan's plan to train a group of diverse, talented individuals to fight against the universe's greatest threat - Thanos. In this essay, I will
