Ocean Shore The water lapped the shore with fizzes of foam travelling along the waves. Watching the clouds float above the sky as the sun dipped below the horizon. The cool breeze blew across the shore, my hair which was laid softly of my shoulders was disrupted. It blew across my face, I pulled it back and swept my long bangs to the side. I tied my hair up quickly. continuing to watch the waves. I stood up slowly and pulled hoodie back over my shoulders. I slipped it down and let it fall below my knees. My shorts covered I swiftly moved up the hill. I opened my door and slid inside leaning over the dashboard. My house was not far, but I guess I was lazy this day. I stepped on the clutch and pressed the ‘start’ button. I stepped on the accelerator slowly advancing closer to the road. I laid my hands on the steering wheel and quickly drove off into the night. The car engine roared into life as I raced down the road towards my house. The streetlights flew by my eyes and trees swayed violently. I skidded to a stop in my garage. I slammed the door and pulled down the garage’s door. I padded quickly along my path coming to a stop as I opened the door. With my heart pounding, I heard rain drip outside. Something fell with a loud crash and I looked behind stunned. my eyes flickered to the door and i closed it quickly.
