Epilepsy warning, maybe? -- Instructions -- Press flag to see my remake. Watch twice for no lag. Press 'x' to see the original animation. Optional: Click "see inside" and set the size of the animation to 50 percent to see how horrible the animation looks outside of the border. -- Information -- Song: Weak by AJR Type: MAP part remake Time Taken: 18 hours Procrastination: 3 days Notes: I really wanted to actually improve my animation skills instead of just remaining at the "beginner" level, so here :P -- Credits -- @Cathy390 for inspiration + references + MAP part (and some characters) Weak by AJR Me A lot of other animators for inspiration (mostly @redbottleofpoison and @Mytheral_TV ) -- Bonus stuff (aka random things about this project) -- This was mainly an experiment in slow in and slow out, with some 3D stuff (not much). I had a lot of motivation for this, especially for the "what's wrong with that" scene, as I had planned certain parts beforehand, and it was just a matter of animating it. However, there were a lot of parts that I redid, including a 3D segment that took me around an hour, since it didn't fit to the music. (There are some parts that look weird, since I had to speed it up for the music to be still in sync, such as the part where the person from the "what's wrong with that" scene moves up and transitions into the next part.) So, the problem with doing MAP parts all the time is that when I finish one, I have to look for another one to join, and sometimes there are no songs that I like, thus, when signing up for a part, I sometimes have no motivation for it, which results in a bad MAP part. However, now that I'm choosing the song, it should be easier, as I should already have a lot of ideas for the song.
