Tap the fuse recipe you want to fuse and create a new Pokemon! Tap the space bar to reset your fusions and go back to the home screen. Every time you fuse Pokemon, your Total Fusions count goes up by 1! [Note: when you tap on the recipe for your Pokemon fusion, try to tap on the + symbol or directly on the Pokemon.] (Sorry if the images are blurry or pixely, I had to enlarge them and that decreased the quality ><) UPDATE: Now mobile friendly! For mobile: Tap the fuse recipe you want to fuse and create a new Pokemon! Tap the stage (try to tap around your fused Pokemon) to reset your fusions and go back to the home screen.
