Click the green flag! Grab a partner because this is a 2 player game! You have to be on the same computer though. To move the the blue car, or the player closest to the inside of the track, use the arrow keys. Up goes forward, down goes backwards, and the left and right turn you different directions. For the red car, use the W, A, S, and D keys to move your car. (I think everyone knows how to use those, so I'm not going to sit here and type it all out again. If you don't know how to use those, Google WASD to arrow keys.) Click the easy button or the hard button at the beginning of the game to select your mode. (Trust me, there really is a difference.) Press: 1 To change the racing characters. 2. To have a rainbow trail. and 3. To change the track. Have fun!!! Good luck!!! ;) #racecar #pillowland13
Note to my teacher: I did all of the add-ons. Welcome! You found a CS First Starter Project for the Game Design theme. Watch this video at CS First to learn how to build it: https://csfirst.withgoogle.com/c/cs-first/en/game-design/racing-game/opening-the-starter-project.html If you're a teacher: Lesson plans are also available on the CS First site. If you decide to sign up for a CS First account, you'll be able to track your students' progress, order physical materials (kits), and access your students' projects in Scratch.
