For example, at the time of writing this, Rotom-Heat was in OU, but now it's in UU. And out of the mons on the thumbnail (which all used to be in OU or UU when I made it) only 4 are still in OU/UU. Here's some stuff you'll probably need: Pokémon Showdown Pikalytics Smogon Strategy Dex Smogon Viability Rankings for your tier smogon.com/stats (click moveset once clicked the month) Smogon Role Compendium for your tier Smogon Good Cores (optionally) Optionally, you can pick a core from the Good Cores list to build around instead of choosing just one Pokémon.
