I feel like an idiot... When I made my other cloud engine when it turns out that this is so much more simple and works sooo much better! Well anyways, I hope this helps! Better features: You can leave the game, x scrolling and you get locked on by the scrolling cam. I will be adding the smooth cloud soon and I will be soon making a cloud platformer engine!
Thanks to @griffpatch for his cloud engine that I modified for scrolling. But the scrolling engine is my own and so is the rest! You can use this without credit or with credit because it is not entirely my own engine.
