It is very cruel but many people are starting to buy 'cruelty free' products that are not tested on animals. Thanks! Before you say 'What Shall We Test On?' - Scientists are very advanced in medical knowlege , meaning they can now use humans cells and tissue to test cosmetics/medicines. They can also do something called computer-modelling which simulates the human biology. All these methods are more accurate and more humane than animal testing. They may be more expensive than animal testing , but can you really put a price on a life??
