If it's not okay for his flames to naturally be blue then I can change it! I would make him Kelpie's big gay brother but he's gotta be an Inferno, they're just so cute! He has a more simple design... Oh well, he's still cute BTW, Hinote means "Hand of Fire" so lil' Japanese lesson for ya there
