I used Procreate on my mom's iPad with an Apple Pencil. I drew a thumbnail, did the rough line art, added in the the full black shading, and then went to inking the art. After that I added in the crosshatches and the small details, and then I did the coloring. Also thanks to violent-measures for making the tutorial that helped me figure out how to color this.
