This is useful if you plan to screen record your scratch animation and upload it to youtube. I wouldn't upload it to scratch this way but if you want to put your project on youtube shrink your animation to about 80% (or whatever works) so it fits in the 16:9 box then screen record so it fits the youtube resolution.
