One day, when Badger Claw was about to become an apprentice, he went out side the clan camp and saw Earthclan fighting enemy cats. They were about to lose until an army of badgers came and started mauling cats (for Badger Claw's perspecteve most of the enemy cats). The enemy cats were forced to retreat, from that moment, Badger Claw became obbsesed over Badgers. After he became warrior, he found a way to communicate with badger, but all the cats thought he was insane so they exiled him.
This is based on the villan the Chompy Mage in Skylanders, baisically I thought Badgers were pretty much the same as Chompys
