Promotions and ranks! _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- (These will go in order from smallest to largest. But all the ranks have the same value. If a rank as a symbol like an ^ by it, it is the same status as another rank) - Intern - Someone who is learning from another how the company works - Sketch Artist* - This person sketches out what the art will look like. They work alongside the design team. (Considered part of the design team) - Draft Author* - These people work on the drafts for articles. They work along side the Authors and sometimes editors and the design team. - Cover Artist* - This person designs and sometimes draws the covers for each issue. They mostly make the ENTIRE cover. Their covers are always beautiful and complex. They feature both cats. They will work along side Sketch Artists, Artist and the design team. (Considered part of the design team) - Artist^ - These people finish the Sketch Artists artwork. They make all the artwork for the issues. They work with the design team and the head of Art. (Considered part of the design team) - Authors^- They complete and sometimes change the Draft Authors stories. They work along side Draft Authors and Editors. - Editors#- They revise, edit and fix the Authors work. They make sure it is up to standard. They also make sure the Draft Authors and Authors get their work in on time. They work alongside the Head of Art, Draft Authors and Authors. - Head of Art#- They make sure the Artists finish their work on time. They also make sure it is up to standard, and get it to the Producers on time. They are considered the leader of the Design Team. - Producer%- These people put together all of the parts of an issue. Because their is a team of them, one person might be assigned to a specific article. They work with the Coding Specialists to make sure everything is working properly. - Coding Specialists%- They help with coding for the Magazine issues, and make sure the magazine functions properly. - Quota Manager - These people make sure EVERYTHING gets in on time. When there is a problem with items getting in on time, they report to the President of the company. - Vice President - These people are the deputy of the company. They are willing to fill in on anything and do as best they can. They also review problems to make sure they are actually problems the President needs to hear about. - President/Manager - This person runs the whole company. They fill in on ANY Project. They are the only people with the ability to hire or fire anyone. The also resolve most problems. _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- Promotions _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- _ You can get promoted only by the Manager/president and the Vice president. _ To be considred for a promotion, you must have help with atleast 1 issue. Have 3 weeks worth of work expirence, and preform your job well. _ To be promoted: Your manager, (Listed in notes in credits) two of your colleges (someone you work with) and the President/Vice-President must all vote to see if you get in. You need at least 3 votes to be promoted. If it is a tie, we will wait a week then vote again. If you could be promoted to one of multiple things, your manager, the quota manager and the President and/or vice-president will discuss what you will be promoted to. The President/Vice-President have the final say. _-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_- What you will be promoted to: Intern -> Sketch Artist or Draft Author Sketch Artist -> Cover Artist or Artist Draft Author -> Author Cover Artist -> Artist Authors -> Editors Editors -> Head of Art, Producer or Coding Specialist. (Most likely a producer) Artist -> Head of Art Head of art -> Producer or Coding Specialist. (Most likely Producer) Producer -> Coding Specialist or Quota Manager (Most likely Quota Manager) Coding Specialist -> Producer, Quota manager or another rank. (Note: You most likely will NOT get promoted, as your rank is very specific. However, that also means you have a good rank. The only other rank you could get promoted to is producer. But you could always get another one) Quota Manager -> Vice president (most likely wont get promoted, as your job is very important and hard enough as it is.) Vice President -> President or another rank. (Most likely president. NOTE: You are most likely not to be promoted. As your job is very important and hard enough as it is.) ---
