Arrow keys to walk. Press A to retry level. Before you exit the house you have to leave at least one present beside the Christmas tree by pressing space bar. After sending gifts, go to the fireplace to exit. The places weren't very bright, so the kids could only see you if you walk near them. To unlock the locked door, go look for the the key. It may take some time until you reach the next house.
