Me I guess. {Done on a PC} It is not based on anything and, yes, it is a shadow of a cat, and yes, it is VERY choppy. I'm testing out trying to draw and animate better on scratch. I do not have a drawing tool or anything so I just used bitmap. If anybody knows how to use/download a drawing tool on a Mac, or a tablet, please recommend one.
