A base-100 encryption standard developed by me. it is suitable for most text-based cloud transfers. But as the character limit for cloud variables get stricter, the current amount of text that can be stored per variable is only 64, which is only half as much as a user input, so using my earlier text encryption system won't work. //Upcoming Console Scratch (with improvements)
