Soul Eater Simulator 2015, now renamed Soul Eater Simulator Classic, has been officially cancelled because I'm working on the sequel. Sorry. Mar 22. Sorry about the removal, I was working on an options update, but it wasn't working out. You can have it later, I guess. Feb 18. I'm pretty much done with this game :P There won't be too many more updates. Jan 2. Made killing Asura a little bit harder. Yes, that's right, now you need SKILL to kill him. Good luck. Jan 1. Made it so that when I play, I hear Black Paper Moon instead of Resonance. #PointlessUpdate
Jan 29th, 2021: This is one of my oldest projects on Scratch, and by far my most popular. All it really was was a basic coding exercise based on my favorite anime; Very little thought went into stuff like "enjoyable game design" or "well made art." Still, people seem to keep finding it and playing it... Maybe because everyone has an anime phase? There's not too many Soul Eater games on here, anyway. I don't use Scratch much nowadays, and when I do it's usually for incredibly brief and slapstick sprite animations. I've considered making a "Soul Eater Simulator 3" at some point with actually good art and gameplay, but I don't think that's necessary. People seem to enjoy this weird little time capsule of mine for what it is and don't really care about it being a full-on game. If you happen to find this game and play it, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it back in 2015. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION I made this because I could, and for sheer fun. Hope you enjoy running around in a small box spamming buttons listening to Resonance. Disclaimer: Soul Eater Simulator 2 is in development, so there will be no further updates for this game. Unless I get bored and start bug-fixing.
