Aaaaaa I have been SO obsessed with the Hanahaki Disease lately- It's just so cool and creative ack. If you don't already know, the Hanahaki Disease is a fictional disease where the person who has it is basically facing unrequited love, and flowers start to grow in their lungs. They start to cough up their love interest's favorite flowers (and in more angsty versions, flowers start to grow on their body, not unlike Flower!Frisk), and unless the love is returned, the person will die. In some versions, the flowers can be surgically removed, but then the victim won't be able to feel love anymore.
