Okie dokie, A lot of people have heard me talking about exams. This isn't exactly like exams but I am here to explain it My school is a PYP learner profile school. We are also an interbacuarlarate school, meaning we learn language and we invite students from all around the world to come join. Due to these 2 reasons, in grade 6 you do a big presentation and you make a booth with lots of info. You do an oral presentation in front of an audience and you have a section in a classroom with your booth. The teachers mark you on this and you have to have a literacy component, maths component, art component and ICT conponment. Each year, you get a very broad topic, ours for instance was Sharing the planet. You then break it down into a smaller idea. I chose food wastage. The teachers than sort you into a group with people who want to do the same thing as you. Together you work as a team to build an amazing exhibition and you get to blog it in a journal. I have chosen to blog my in a journal but also in a vlog! I've been calling it exams because IT TAKES AGES TO EXPLAIN! But here is the front cover of the brochure I am doing as the ICT element. I hope you like it. P.S: there are 2 groups doing Food wastage. My group consisting of myself and 2 others are called Food wastage 2.
