Citrus was abandoned by his former owner because of his strange coloring. Desperate to stay alive, he would eat whatever he could find laying about, no matter what it was. Luckily, he met some friendly alley cats that took him in. For a while, everything for him was well. But he truly wanted an owner, someone he could help and love. And so he was found by a blind woman, named Fidelia. She loved him, and he loved her. Everything finally seemed perfect for Citrus. But devastation was right around the corner. One day while Fidelia was crossing the street, she was hit by a truck. She remained in the hospital for several days, but later died. So Citrus was without an owner once again. He decided to return to the streets, and help every abandoned cat and kitten that he saw. He hoped Fidelia would be proud of him.
