Joe Trohman (lead guitarist) is the one on the far left, next to him is Andy Hurley (drummer), in the middle is Foxes, the fourth one is Pete Wentz (bassist), and the one on the far left is Patrick Stump (lead singer/guitarist). By the way, Patrick doesn't actually have a hook for a hand, it's just a prop.
This song is from Fall Out Boy's Album, Save Rock and Roll. Actually, Fall Out Boy has done a video series for this album called, "The Youngblood Chronicles".
