What's Wrong With Me? -- A short story By: Me ( @Jelly_Cat202 ) (Story below) Main character -- Ella James (5) "Mornin' Mum! Mornin' Dad!" Ella shouted down the hall at 4:23 am, to her mom and dad who were still sleeping. Ella ran into her parents room, climbed up onto their bed and began hopping on the bed, screaming "Wake up, wake up, wake up!" And that was how their day started, waking up to their 5-year-old daughter screaming in their ears at the top of her tiny, air-filled, lungs. But, all of the sudden; "Goodmorn--" Ella started. For some reason, no sound came out of her mouth anymore. She tumbled off of the bed and lay flat on the floor. "Ella? Ella!" Her mom and dad yelled in unison. They scrambled out of bed and screamed when they saw their little girl, purple-skinned, stiff as a board, laying on the carpet. They rushed her to the hospital. She lay down, on the white hospital bed staring at the bright light above her forehead. They gave her a notebook and a pencil in case she needed something or wanted to say something. She scribbled out a sentence that her mother and father could barely read, it said; "What's wrong with me?" Her parents replied with; ''Nothing, Ella." Ella then woke up from her dream, alive and well, her mother had been serenading her with the sound of her voice sweetly saying "Wake up, Ella." Hope you liked it!! :D
