First, click on the green flag to begin (or restart). There should be red blood cells (red donuts) and cancer cells (green hairy things) floating around the screen. You are the Lymphocyte cell (purple oval inside a magenta oval). Your goal is to defend the heart from the cancer cells, so basically just kill all the cancer cells before they get to the other side of the screen. WASD to move, aim with the mouse, and hold down the space bar to spray antibodies. Antibodies are poisonous to cancer cells, but they are also poisonous to Red Blood Cells, so try not to kill them. You try to last as long as you can without letting any cancer cells pass. Once three cancer cells have made their way past you, your game is over.
