I drew an OC!!! I really love it, and I'm gonna name her Lucy because I think that fits. I used a lot of yellow because that's blue's complementary color and i think it looks really good. I got the rain gif from giphy and used the sounds from scratch's sound library. Overall I think this turned out very nice and you can DEFINATLY hope to more of them from now until charismas. DONT steal my OC!!!! OC stands for original character so if you steal it it wont be original anymore!!! Thanks
