Quirk Desc~ Water Manipulation is basically controlling water which her mind (sorry bout the closed eyes i'm not very good at eyes or shoes) Weakness~ Fire & gloves or really anything covering her hands, she can't use her quirk without water in 100 ft reach. Personality~ Sassy, can be very rude at time, and nice to close friends. Has a hard time trusting people. Can get bored easily. Also loves animals very much ^^
