Something completely random. Use your mouse to drag points A and B around. Mechanics: A Nano is created at point A 20x per second. The Nanos accelerate themselves towards point B with a certain random rotation. Point B can only absorb a Nano 20x per second. Point A pauses creating Nanos when the number of non-absorbed Nanos reaches 100. If you quickly move point B around in a wide circle, the Nanos form a big blob in the center.
