BEFORE ANYBODY REPORTS THIS PROJECT: I made this so that I could chat with trusted people using Scratch. This project only allows people on a list to use it. These are accounts I trust. I have already asked permission on the forums, and they said OK. @griffpatch for encoding and decoding scripts. The rest is by me. First shared (and last modified) on December 8th 2020.
