Yes. I decided to give it one more go ON THE DEADLINE!! XD Backstory {why? (Lol because it needs one >:) and I am going to give it a good one )} Merissa a daughter of a Star Witch and a Eclipse Wizard. Every year on a witch's (not wizard {they have a different way...}) birthday they must restore their power, by meditating in front of the moon (*Time can vary between witch, but the calmer the witch the faster the process*). Merissa's birthday happens to be on Halloween which is also on the full moon which is really rare. The fuller the moon the more you can restore (and also you can get extra magic). Every year Merissa earns a magical star on her staff. Once the stars reach a full circle, that means the staff has reached it's full magical potential.
