sorry if it's a bit half-assed, i can only really work on this stuff late at night and on the weekends. MEANING: the first part displays someone typing on a computer. this is just general work. note the chain on their wrist, tying into the next part. the second part shows what the chain leads to: an effigy of some sort of demon feeding on the emotions (color) of the person. its eyes and mouth are purple to represent these. this is to represent depression, and how it can sometimes cause the person to feel no emotions rather than sadness. the third part displays a skeleton buried in the sand and reaching towards a wall labeled 'expectations' as a boat sinks into the black sea. this is to represent the idea of death before reaching said expectations due to how high they are. the statue from before has unlatched its chain, and is now 'hollow,' waiting for someone else to feed upon.
