This is what happened, Scratch cat was doing a science experiment when it blew up. He flew back in time and met dinosaurs. The dinosaurs tried to eat him so now he looks super weird because the dinosaurs attacked him. So now he is stuck with the dinosaurs until he can find a way to go back to his own time.
