Use the left and right arrows to change the spin speed, and the up and down arrows to change the flash speed. If hold space while pressing the arrow keys it makes the numbers go slower. Click the screen to hide the flashing, and press M to move it part way off the screen. If you set flash speed to zero and spin speed to 120, the cat will look like it is standing still. If you click the screen or press M, you will see that the cat is still spinning.
