Art Trade with @-ArtemisaBean- eep I really had fun drawing this, and decided to put my art process in here too Space for next 1- Sketch Rough sketch I make using a pen size 4, just getting an idea of how I want the cat to look 2- Lower Opacity Just lowing the opacity of the sketch so I can start lineart 3- Lineart Next I do the lineart over the sketch 4- Hide sketch yea just hide the sketch layer so you can color 5- Base coloring I start by getting a giant pen brush and paint the base color over the cat, then erase the extra unneeded color 6- Patterns + any other colors Making the patterns and any other colors needed 7- Basic Shade To start shading, I make a new layer, setting it to multiply, and paint the whole cat usually a purplish-blue, then set to clipping 8- Basic Lighting Next, (still on the same shading layer) I carefully erase the parts where light would hit 9- Deeper Shading Using the watercolor brush, I shade where light wouldn't hit, lower the opacity down 10- Bit more shading Same idea 11- Lighting For lighting, I use the airbrush at a very high size, low opacity; and highlight the areas where light would hit 12- Detailed Lighting Same as 11, except using a small watercolor brush 13- Lowing Lineart opacity Just lowering the lineart opacity 14- Final Lighting touches Yup, bit more lighting until I'm satisfied 15- Background base For the background, I just start with a deep tone color and paint the blank space on a new layer 16- Final Touches +Effects Final Piece!
