I have successfully tested my program against the results of an actual ping test and I am very pleased with the my observations! Hopefully, my method should prevent others from overwriting the cloud variable when someone is using it. There might be a pause depending on how many people are using the cloud variable. I plan to enhance this tool in the future with multiple cloud variable pinging support.
