we got more reboot characters! Elliot Personality Whatever quest that weird alien thing put him on, he was absolutely not the best choice. An introvert and highly self conscious, Elliot wasn’t in any way prepared when he woke up as a tiny dinosaur. Elliot doesn’t really like talking much, unless he’s in a small group of people, and most largely social interactions freak him out. When he does feel comfortable however, he starts to become a lot more friendly, and can often ramble and crack jokes. But, he generally just wants to get out of this weird animal body as soon as he can. Backstory Elliot life mostly started out well. His mom worked part time at a pharmacy, and his Dad was in the Airforce. Elliot loved his father, and wanted to be just like him, a pilot. That is, until he found out he was terrified of heights. After that he just liked the look of pilots, so his dad bought him his goggles. Things started to go south when he got his sister. From minute one, they didn’t get along. Hitting, arguing, the feuds never ended. Though for some reason, his parents worshiped his sister, and it only got worse as they got older. He started to feel like he wasn’t needed, so he slowly became much more anti-social. He started failing in school because of his mental health, and just when things were about to tip over, he woke up in the pokemon world. Ivy Personality Ivy is generally a nice pokemon to be around, but that’s not to say she’s always pleasant. She can be rather snarky at times, and even just be plain rude if she gets angry enough. But outside of that, she’s generally pretty sweet, if a bit ironskinned. She does normally act kind of distant at first, but if you talk to her enough she does start softening up once she realizes you're not just a customer and that you want to talk. Though ever since she moved, she seems more out of it than usual. Don’t get her wrong, she loves working at the tavern, but she feels like something is missing. Backstory Ivy was really social when she was younger. She quickly met a few good friends, and together with her brother Varian, they formed Rescue Team Lilypad. Going into every dungeon they could find, helping out to those they would meet along the way, and just being kids. After a while though, they were old enough to help out at the tavern. Even though it hurt, they ditched adventuring, and started working at the Ol’ Hearty. She was mostly just a janitor for a while, while Varian worked at the kitchen. But eventually, she started working as a barista, and things started to settle down. Until the crystallization, of course. It didn’t take long before her parents were in a frenzy, desperately scraping together funds to be able to escape to Mespirit’s Island before they were crystalized themselves. And then her brother came back late one night with a crystal sticking out of his neck. He tried reassuring them that he was fine, but her parents wouldn’t have it. To try to avoid “ catching the crystals '' themselves, they left Varian at the old tavern, while Ivy and her parents went to Mespirit’s lake to try to rebuild what they once had. The tavern is running just fine again, but it just doesn’t feel the same as it once was. Audrey Personality Audrey had definitely changed since her crystallization. Once a kind hearted individual with mild self esteem issues, she’s since transformed into an obsessive mess who loathes herself solely for her appearance. She barely talks to anyone unless directly approached, and assumes anyone who does so believes she is hideous. She’ll often snap at them for this, but then immediately regret it. She wants to be loved, and she wants to love others, but she's been alone for so long she doesnt know how. But she believes the crystallization can change that. She sees the crystals as the only redeemable part of her, and that if she can acquire the rest of the relics, she’d finally be free of her self hatred. Backstory Audrey had self image issues for as long as she could remember. She did have parents, but she never met her father and her mother was mostly away. So she spent most of her time by herself. She didn’t exactly know where her hatred of her looks came from, but even when she was still a trapinch, she thought she looked weird. She didn’t like the way she talked. She thought she was overbearing. And it only got worse as she evolved. She was highly social, but she thought she was always a problem in most conversations. She thought people who looked at her in the towns thought she looked strange. But one day, she saw someone in town with crystals all over their body. The way they shimmered as they walked, it captivated her. When she asked how they got the crystals, they told her that she just needed to touch Alzef's crown. And they knew where should could get it. She was a bit reluctant, but she followed the pokemon. And she found what she was looking for. Music - The Gatekeepers - PMD Explorers of Sky
