Click on the enemies in Plan F to Eventually win. Press Space during Plan C to shoot. (NOTE: holding space for too long will result in no projectiles shooting, release space to fix this.) You have to exactly say "Plan C" or "Plan F" for it to register otherwise the cat will get annoyed.
