"Right. Today is the first day of school. My name is Jax, but you call me sir." said one sheep, who I realised was my father! My father is going to be my teacher? I had never really met my father all I really knew was that he was buff. He looked like he could squash me like a fly! My dad gave me a hard stare. I get he was embarrassed about the incident earlier, but I'm still just a lamb! He probably wants me to be more like Hunter. I knew that this was going to be tough, I had to show him that I can be good at things too! Yes, maybe I don't have the nerve to push a boulder, but at least I will try. "Right! The first lesson will be about the do's and don'ts of this barn, more like the rules," he said eyeing each one of us sternly. "The first and most important rule. Never, and I mean never, try to step close to those woods over there." He pointed his nose over to the dark cold woods, they were far away from us but felt as if I could smell the stench of the old wood. "Why is that? sir" Hunter asked looking at my dad challengingly. "Because if you do you won't see the light of day again!" He hissed eyeing Hunter. "Why don't I tell you a story" It was like he changed his mood completely. "One day when I was a little lamb, my best friend and I thought it would be cool if we went into the woods. All the other lambs in the barn said it was a bad idea, but we didn't care, we went anyways. When we got there we thought we were so tough going out to a big scary place like this. All we wanted to do was to bring something back to show we were the best lambs in the barn. So when we were there we looked around. We wandered around for a bit, but then we saw a dark narrow cave, it was the perfect thing to show the others what we're made of. My friend did not want to go in, but I insisted" Jax's eyes looked deep with horror, "When we were inside it was dark and damp, the wind rushed through the entrance, but then we heard something, something creeping closer, we looked around to see something never imagined to see, a wolf. Its big yellow eyes stared deeply into our eyes, our first thought where run. So we did, but the wolf was too fast I knew running would not help. So I ran up to a rock and hid, but my friend. The wolf followed him, and never came back again, when I went back to the barn, I did not come back with a proud feeling, but guilt." He ended. Everyone was taken back by the story, No one will ever go into the forest, that's for sure.
