Click the present, I mean.. it's in the name. By the way, if you press a button in the shop such as +15 PPC (Presents per click), and haven't bought anything else, it will label as 16 PPC. The buttons mean they are adding their amount to your current amount, like it is here. So you will get 1 number more than what you asked for when buying, if it's the first time.
