Let's say her personality is a bit crazy and fun when in combat but she would keep to herself for the most part. IF she is comfortable and puts her complete trust in someone (Which doesn't happen very often) Kelly acts cheerful in a soft and enthusiastic way. In time, A lot of other information will be revealed and/or added on to her. Her backstory is almost complete for me but I'll let you speculate on why she acts the way she is.
