All you have to do is move and the alarm will go off, if you want to disarm it, you just have to click the space bar or if you're on a mobile device you just click the "haha you're caught". if you'd like to set it up as a real alarm, you just have to put your device somewhere and make sure the camera is pointing at what you want to detect. after you've put your device somewhere where its camera is pointing at what you'd like to detect, you just wait for something to move in front of it and set the alarm off. (for example if you don't want a sibling to come into your room you could set your device in front of your doorway and wait for them to come in (of they do) and once the alarm is set off, you'll know that they entered your room.
(make sure that your devices volume is turned on)
