OC's: blue cat= Bluefur, orange cat= Flamefur Story: one day Bluepaw was hunting with her mentor Flamefur, when a badger leapt out of the bushes and leapt at her she screamed as the badger hit her suddenly the weight was lifted off her and she heard a yowl of pain, she saw the badger's claw marks on Flamefur's face, she yowled with rage, her eyes blazing, and attacked the badger. she got hit on the back and was sent flying. she heard a yowl and saw Flamefur leap in the path of the oncoming badger, then heard a muffled yelp and a thud as Flamefur's dying body hit the ground. Bluepaw leapt up higher than she had ever jumped before, and landed square on the badger's back, with a yowl of furry she attacked it's neck until it fell to the forest floor, dead. then Bluepaw raced over to Flamefur and said, "no Flamefur, you can't leave me!". Flamefur smiled weakly, "i will watch over you from Starclan. i will never leave you. I-" he was interrupted by a fit of coughing then his eyes closed and his head hit the ground, dead. "NO!!!" she yelled and fell to the ground sobbing. "Flamefur..." she whispered. Later the medicine cat, Leaftail, found her and helped her carry Flamefur to camp were together they buried him. Bluepaw was the last to leave his grave. later that day Shadowstar appointed a new deputy, Bluepaw didn't hear any of it, her heart ached for her mentor, her head swarmed with anger at all badgers, then she heard her name being called, she went up to Highlog and was made a warrior, her new name was Bluefur. ever since the day Flamefur died she has had dreams were they speak, but it never helped her sadness, for that was a hole in her heart, never to be filled again.
