Use the arrow keys to adjust the angle of the launcher. The monkey will travel in that direction. Adjust the gravity with the slider on the top left (how high he will go). Try to collect all 3 bananas, and avoid the tree. The amount of launches will add up in the end.
It was just a really easy project I found ina book. Just play it. It may be short and may get boring very quickly, but I'm just a beginner in coding.
