hi everyone! happy new year! i can't believe it's already almost 2021. it feels as if the year has just.. disappeared. + already, i know many of y'all don't have high hopes for 2021. 2020 was a hard year for everyone. there were fires, earthquakes, floods, blizzards, and of course covid-19, to say the very least. so many have been effected by these horrible things. covid-19 has effected so many. so many have lost loved ones, friends, + more. it's hard to be thinking positive. some sports have been canceled, you can't give your friends a high five, and you need to wear a mask. it takes much more coordination then normal to travel (and it still isn't a good idea) and most schools in certain areas are closed. most of the news is bad, and it is hard to concentrate on the positive. there is light at the end of the tunnel. one day, we will be able to give each other hugs (heh unless you're like me and don't like hugs, then just give a high five xD) and travel easily! one of these days, we will be able to go around without masks, and go to school in-person. there is light. there are things to look forward to! -- God loves you. each and every one of y'all. He is with you now, He was with you in the past, and He will be with you forever. no matter what, He will be there for you. He won't let you down. even if times are rough, God will be there. He won't leave your side. ever. God knows what He is doing. nothing He is doing is accidental. God knew this was going to happen. we need to stay strong. God has a plan for us. God loves us enough to send His one and only son, Jesus, to die for us. us! He has given us an opportunity to go to Heaven. all we need to do is confess that we sin and believe God is the savior. the deliverer.
