STEPS! 1. draw a circle with guidelines to where you want your character facing 2. draw the head 3. draw the ears ( size depends on which way your character is facing mine is facing a bit to the left so the left ear is smaller bc p e r s p e c t i v e ) 4. draw the body mine is only a bust shot so i have to draw half her chest area 5. draw the facial features ( eyes nose mouth etc. ) 6. draw the hair on your character ( or fur if your doing an animal character ) 7. draw the clothes 8. do the lineart and erase the sketch 9. color the lineart 10. color your drawing with flat color 11. draw the eye if you haven't already 12. add finishing touches ( highlights slight shading etc. ) 13. add a background and your signature and you're done!
