I drew it. I am 11.vitiligo is a disease that causes white spots to develop on the skin. in some countries, it's actually called cow spots disease. I really don't know a lot because I learned about it from a friend who has it this was my first mermaid drawing. I drew it because she's always talking about how she wants to be a mermaid. and yes my friend dyed her hair pink. she's actually really pretty.
