Things I do to stay motivated ~ `o. In Between online classes I frolick around the room to keep blood pumping and screen break. `o. Listen to music `o. Look at images of phroggs and owls `o. Drink teaaaaa `o. Say gee morning to @Happyunicorn9 :) `o. When I wake up I take a few moments to drink a glass of water and breathe deeply (oxygenating le brain + hydrating le body) `o. Eat porridge Homework~ I do yoga and meditate on le weekend, I also beke things for my friendo's Most days I go for a walk on my own and listen to music which is fun! I often me3t @Happyunicorn9 and we go around a forest together :) This isn't exactly a self care thingy but I does meke me feel good <3
